Stanley L. Clements

Stan Clements is a native and life long resident of Rutherfordton. He is a 1970 graduate of R.S. Central High School and a 1974 graduate of N.C. State University with a B.S. degree in Textile Technology. He is retired after having a successful 42 year career in the US Textile Industry, serving in various management positions. Stan is married to Deborah Clements and they have one adult son John. Stan is a member of the First Baptist Church of Rutherfordton, the Rutherfordton Kiwanis Club, and is a founding member of the Rutherfordton Historic Preservation Commission. His hobby is woodworking and he enjoys watching NASCAR racing, NC State football, and basketball.
