Finance & HR

The Finance Department is the fiscal office of the Town. All receipts and disbursements are administered through this department. Responsibilities include financial budgeting and reporting, tax collections, sewer billing, payroll and retirement systems, cash and investment management, debt management, risk management support, purchasing, and fixed asset management.  The Town seeks to guarantee long-term financial stability while maintaining an organizational environment that fosters professionalism, efficiency, and a strong commitment to customer service.
