Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Engineering Services for Site Development Plan - Affordable Housing Site

The Town of Rutherfordton is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services related to the development of a site plan for affordable housing. The Town owns a 4.8-acre parcel and intends to develop the property to support the community’s need for accessible and affordable housing.

A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on March 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rutherfordton Town Hall, 129 N. Main St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
The deadline for RFQ submissions is April 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
